Quotes and prices

Every price is published on the rates list, and the brief form totals your selection as you fill it in.

Cover rates start at the figure shown, so the final quote can be higher once the brief has been read. The quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Rush delivery moves a commission to the front of the queue and adds 25% to the total.

Payment and deposit

50% up front to hold your slot, 50% before final files are sent.

Payment is accepted by PayPal and CashApp.

Turnaround

2-3 weeks, starting when the deposit clears.

Packages and turnaround sheets are quoted per set, and the timing for those is confirmed with the quote.

Revisions

Three revision rounds are included on every commission.

Further revisions beyond the three included are $20 each.

Licence and usage

The licence you choose on the brief decides how the finished art may be used.

• Personal use, free: private printing and profile use.
• Commercial use, +$35: published covers and paid promotion.
• Full rights, +$100: you own it outright, to print or resell.

Cancellation and refunds

Refundable before work begins. Once work has started the deposit covers time already spent.

What you receive

Character commissions are delivered as print-resolution PNG and JPG files.

Book covers are sized for the format you are publishing in: ebook dimensions for a front cover, or your printer's template for a full wrap.
